Whilst we haven’t released all of the events, special guests and riders for Global Bike Festival just yet, we have put together a teaser schedule of what you could expect to be getting up to at Global Bike Festival this summer!
09:00: Several ride options will be happening in the morning slots, you could ride with groups and the presenters, ride with your friends or even ride alone - whatever your preference the routes will be clearly signposted and scattered with medical and technical (where possible) staff. Across Saalbach this will include Road, MTB and Gravel routes, so you’ll never be stuck for choice of what to do!
Out on the rides you’ll have the chance to meet, ride and socialise with the presenters, maybe even dropping one or two of them, and take in great scenery together with fellow attendees.
15:00: You’ve heard of Apres-Ski, well now get ready for Apres-Bike! After a morning of riding and lunch, the Festival Village will come to life with coaching and tech clinics, an urban crit, stands and street food vendors and event DJ sets and a beer tent for those who like to start their partying early. You’ll have time to rest and explore the village at your own pace before a busy night of events and shows.
19:00: After some relaxation and respite the activities will continue with live shows such as the GCN Show and Dirt Shed Live where you’ll interact with audience members and the presenters. There’ll also be exclusive screenings of GCN Documentaries and Films with personal Q and A sessions afterwards with the presenters and special guests.
21:00: After that you'll be off to the Llody’s Pub for quizzes and karaoke, testing your cycling knowledge and your vocal chords with fellow attendees and the presenters - although after last time, we’re not letting Hank sing again!
Whatever you decide to fill your day, and night, with at Global Bike Festival there will be loads of opportunities to ride, socialise and have fun - events will be held through the festival, rides constantly happening and presenters around to meet, have pictures with and socialise. A true summer to remember - so get your tickets now, whilst you can!
Early bird prices are live until 1st March - go to the booking page to find out more.
