GBF Promotions - Terms & Conditions

1. Play Sports Network Limited ("PSN"), is the promoter of this offer to subscribers to their channels;

2. The Global Bike Festival (“GBF”) promotional code (the "Promo Code") offered by PSN may only be redeemed at www.globalbikefestival.com (the "Redemption Website"). This offer is only available to participants who have reached the age of majority in their territory of residence or above, and may only be used against the cost of an eligible booking for Global Bike Festival 2023.

3. These terms and conditions govern the use of your GBF Promo Code. The GBF Promo Code may not be used in combination with any other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. It has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternatives will be offered for it. There is no residual value and the Promo Code may not be reused, even in the event that you change and cancel your booking.

4. The GBF Promo Code cannot be applied to any accommodation or tickets previously purchased by you. Improper use of the GBF Promo Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale is prohibited.

5. The GBF Promo Code must be redeemed via the Redemption Website by 23:59 BST on 14 June 2023.

6. The GBF Promo Code entitles you to a percentage (%) discount as advertised by PSN off the standard price of the following when purchased together via the Redemption Website for the Global Bike Festival 2023: Festival Tickets including Ride Passes. The discount may not be applied to extras (including but not limited to airport transfers, accommodation and bike guides). The discount will be calculated and applied at the time of checkout.

7. PSN reserves the right to withdraw or change any and all promotions, or any part of the same, at any time for any reason without notice. Any such withdrawal or change shall not affect any promo codes which have already been redeemed.

8. GBF is provided by Play Sports Network Limited, incorporated under the laws of England and Wales under company number: 08265494, having its registered office at Chiswick Park Building 2, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YB, United Kingdom. To the extent permissible by law, Play Sports Network Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of GBF Promo Code. These terms and conditions are additional to the Terms and Conditions that will also apply to your booking.

9. These Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence and if you do not live in England and Wales, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under its applicable laws.
